Advancing 70% financial support for businesses to invest in agriculture

The Ministry of Finance issued Circular 30/2015/TT-BTC guiding estimations, payment of financial support for businesses according to Decree 210/2013/ND-CP. Accordingly, the Circular specified 5 payment rules of State budget support.

Namely, State budget implementing support after the investment, project is allowed to advance 70% financial support; after the project is completed, the remaining 30% support could be paid. This Circular will take effect from April 27^th 2015 and replace Circular 84/2011/TT-BTC.
