Regarding entitled objects: Taxpayers who file tax refund request in the case of export refund or refund of investment project having tax amount eligible for tax refund and request for value added tax refund under VAT Law. Regarding the order for electronic VAT refund: Enterprises shall comply with the guidance on the website of Binh Duong Taxation Department, specialized in: Electronic tax refund (http: // cucthue.binhduong .gov.vn / Mh_hoanthuedientu.aspx). Time of application: from 1 Aug 2017.
