Five Chinese were killed early Monday in an oil refinery blast in Zabaikalsky Kray in eastern Russia, Itar-Tass news agency reported.
Huge flames were seen after the blast, the report said, citing a member in the investigation team.
The blast was caused by breach of working rules, it said.
