The Party, State and people of Vietnam always value the comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership with China, said the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) in its message of congratulations recently sent to the Communist Party of China (CPC) on the occasion of the Party’s 19th Congress.
The CPV Central Committee expressed delight at great achievements that the Chinese people have reaped over the past years under the sound leadership of the CPC Central Committee led by General Secretary Xi Jinping.
“We believe that the CPC’s 19th Congress will devise important policies and sound orientations for the Chinese people to successfully achieve the goal of developing a well-off society on the occasion of the 100th founding anniversary of the CPC, towards the goal of building a modern, strong, democratic, civilised and harmonised socialist country in celebration of the 100th founding anniversary of the People’s Republic of China,” said the message.
Vietnam and China are two close neighbouring countries with a long-standing tradition of friendship. The CPV and CPC stood side by side together to overcome challenges in the past struggle for national liberation in the two countries.
“The Party, State and people of Vietnam always bear in mind valuable support of the Party, State and people of China,” it said.
Vietnam is ready to make continuous efforts to strengthen relations between the two Parties and countries in the motto of “friendly neighbourliness, comprehensive cooperation, long-lasting stability and looking forwards to the future” and the spirit of “good neighbours, good friends, good comrades and good partners” for basic and long-term interests of the two countries’ people as well as for peace, stability, cooperation and development in the region and the world, according to the message.
In the end, the CPV Central Committee wished that the 19th Congress of the CPC would be a success.
