The PM has recently ratified an interdisciplinary legal aid program designed for enterprises in 2015-2020.
The program aims to continue to conduct the previous program in the 2010-2014 period in accordance with the PM’s Decision 585/QD-TT, dated May 5, 2010.
The new program alters the general goals, orientations, implementation tempo and the list of projects with a view to perfecting the socialist-oriented market economy and raise enterprises’ international economic integration capacity.
The program also aims to make fundamental changes in legal awareness of enterprises, their legal compliance in productionand business activities; prevent possible legal risks for enterprises and improve the State management over enterprises.
It will be implemented in line with the goals and requirements of the Government's Decree 66/2008/ND-CP, dated August 25, 2008 on legal aid for enterprises especially in disadvantageous and extremely disadvantageous areas.
The program consists of three projects on (1) strengthening competence for agencies and organizations which support legal aid for enterprises; (2) raising the quality of legal dissemination for enterprises; (3) directly providing legal aid for enterprises in specific activities.
