Morning 4th Feb, Tan Uyen town People's Committee held a conference to disseminate Law on Marriage and Family, Law on Notary to 280 representatives of leaders of agencies, departments, unions, localities in the town.
New amendments of Law on Marriage and Family, and Law on Notary 2014 were passed by the National Assembly and have officially taken effect from 1-1-2015. Law on Notary 2014 contains 10 chapters and 81 articles including many new regulations on expanding the scope of notarization; appointment standards of notaries; notarial organization... The enactment of Law on Notary 2014 was to institutionalize Politburo’s Resolution No. 49-NQ/TW dated 6-2-2005 in terms of judicial reform strategy until 2020, creating a legal basis for promoting socialization of notarization.
