Provincial People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 42/2014 /QD-UBND regarding the listing of prices for services of issuing water and mineral mining rights in the province.
Accordingly, for building stone mining in Di An Town, the price is VND 130,000 / m3, North Tan Uyen District and Dau Tieng District, VND 85,000 / m3, Phu Giao District VND 110,000 / m3. Clay deposits price in Tan Uyen Town, Ben Cat Town, Thuan An Town, Di An Town and Thu Dau Mot City is VND 100,000 / m3; Phu Giao District, North Tan Uyen District and Bau Bang District VND 80,000 / m3; Dau Tieng District VND 60,000 / m3.
According to the price list above, clay weathered from bedrock is priced VND 40,000 / m3 for the right granting service, building sand VND 80,000 / m3, kaolin VND 200,000 / m3, sandy kaolin VND 60,000 / m3, red gravel and soil for earth roads background (clay sand, grit, gravel) VND 30,000 / m3, soil and sand for reclamation works VND 20,000 / m3, mud coal VND 95,000 / m3.
For natural hot water for bottling by manufacturers of beverages the price is VND 600 / liter; natural water servicing industrial production, such as groundwater VND 4,000 / m3 and surface water VND 2,000 / m3.
This decision takes effect after 10 days from the date of signing and replaces Decision No. 43/2010/QD-UBND of People's Committee on the issuance of the listing of prices for taxation on water and mineral resources in the province.
