The provincial People's Committee has issued Decision No. 03/2018 / QD-UBND amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Regulation on unit price for compensation and supporting assets on land when the State recovers land in Binh Duong; issued together with Decision No. 25/2015 / QD-UBND dated July 22, 2015 by provincial People's Committee. This Decision takes effect on 1 Mar 2018.
Specifically, Decision No. 03/2018 / QD- UBND amended some provisions in Paragraphs 2 and 5 of Article 2; Point c, Clause 1 of Article 3, Clause 4 of Article 3; Clause 2 of Article 6; Article 8; Article 11. Accordingly, the recovery, management and sale of assets of organizations and enterprises, such as projects of electricity, water, communication, construction, workshops will be carried out by District Center for Land Development and then advise the District Council for Compensation, Support and Resettlement to review and report to the District People's Committee in accordance with regulations on management and use of public property (previously PPC decided at the request of the district People's Committee and Department of Finance). The compensation value of ornamental trees is calculated based on the year number of growth or the area. Compensation for some construction works increases, due to increasing price of construction materials and labor costs.
This Decision also supplements provisions of Point d, Clause 1, Article 3 on compensations for construction works and dwelling houses subject to the construction permit exemption; provisions of Clause 4, Article 6, the unit price for trees under 1 year of age in the group of fruit trees and timber trees is also added.
