The Government has issued Decree No. 123/2018/ND-CP amending and supplementing a number of regulations on conditions for investment and business in agricultural sector. One of the amendments, supplements and abrogation of some articles of the Government's Decree No. 66/2016/ND-CP dated July 1, 2016 stipulating investment and business conditions on plant protection and inspection; types of tree; raising of common forest animals; breeding; aquatic products; production conditions of food and trading of plant protection products.
Decree 123/2018/ND-CP also supplements responsibilities of organizations and individuals that import and trade veterinary drugs in Decree No. 35/2016/ND-CP dated May 15, 2016 stipulating specifically some articles of Veterinary Law. Particularly, organizations and individuals importing veterinary drugs must have a system of books, standardized operating procedures to ensure the preservation, control and monitoring of the import and export of each batch of veterinary drugs. Organizations and individuals trading veterinary drugs must set up books and records to monitor and keep receipts on the purchase and sale of veterinary drugs.
