The meeting approved the following documents: Draft resolution adjusting some issues on adjusting the 2025 public investment plan with State budget capital, adjusting the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021-2025 with local budget capital; investment policy for the project to upgrade and expand DT742 through Tan Uyen City, North Tan Uyen District with a total length of 14.5km will be invested with a cross-section width of 42m, total investment capital of 7,776 billion VND, of which compensation and resettlement costs are more than 6,323 billion VND.
Delegates also approved several drainage and flood prevention projects such as: Adjusting the investment policy of the project to solve the flooding point of Ong Danh canal basin, from Binh Duong Boulevard to Saigon River, with a total length of 2,165m and a total investment of more than 1,451 billion VND; approving the investment policy of the Suoi Giua - Bung Cau drainage axis project with a total investment of more than 3,330 billion VND; approving the pre-feasibility report of the project to construct the key project of the Saigon riverside road from Ba Lua canal, Thu Dau Mot city to An Son port, Thuan An city with a road surface width of 42m, a total investment of 2,205 billion VND...
Regarding the implementation of the public investment plan in the first 6 months of the year, it is estimated that by June 30, the disbursement value of the public investment plan was nearly VND 6,292 billion, reaching 32.1% of the capital plan assigned by the Prime Minister and 17.5% of the capital plan assigned by the Provincial People's Council.
Speaking at the conclusion of the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Van Minh basically agreed with the documents approved at the meeting; at the same time, he noted that some key projects in the province need continued attention, such as drainage and flood prevention projects for the Thu Dau Mot urban area.
