Over the past 20 years, policy credit programs were actively implemented to the people in the fastest, most convenient and effective way. Social policy credit capital was invested to 100% of communes, wards and townships in the province.

Possibly speaking, social policy capital has helped solvie basic and essential problems of life for the poor and other policy beneficiaries, contributing to realizing goals on sustainable poverty reduction. Beneficiaries are entitled to access to the State's preferential credit capital for production-business and job creation; familiarize themselves with borrowing and repaying bank loans, improving production and business, and using capital effectively, raising income, improving the quality of life, rising out of poverty. In particular, social policy credit has a direct impact on repelling and preventing the negative impact of black credit on the lives of poor, near-poor households and other policy beneficiaries.
