Particularly, students enrolled in Hung Vuong Gifted High School will do test of their specialized subjects June 3 and 4. On June 2, candidates took the final test (math) of the public high school entrance exam for the school year 2022-2023. As for Nguyen Thi Nhu Ly, a student of Vinh Tan Junior High School (Tan Uyen Town), she also did well two tests of yesterday. But she had a little bit of regret for the today's math test. Due to the lack of research, she did not finish the geometric part, so she felt a little sad. "However, the exam ended, now I am just waiting for the test results. I hope to have a satisfactory result so that I could be admitted to An My High School. Meanwhile, I will meet up with my friends and relax after a hard learning time", Nhu Ly said.
Ho Hoang Diem, a parent of candidate Vo Dang Khanh, lives in Vinh Phu Ward, Thuan An City, said, the 10th grade entrance exam marks another turning point on her son's schooling. To achieve good result for the exam, she regularly encouraged and reminded her son to learn diligently in each school year, especially the final school year. Therefore, she was somewhat more reassured of this exam. “After two exam days, my son was happy and smiling as I picked him up. He said that this year's exam involved basic knowledge, teachers reviewed carefully lessons at the school, hence I am also somewhat reassured", Diem said.
According to Dr. Nguyen Thi Nhat Hang, Director of Provincial Department of Education and Training, this year's exam questions were also assessed by candidates and teachers as close to the revision program. However, there are still open questions for students to employ their creativeness and to classify students in accordance with the MOET's policy.

At the entrance examination to 10th grade of public high school in the 2022-2023 school year, candidates did three compulsory tests of literature, English and mathematics. In the 2022-2023 school year, to continue improving the quality of enrollment and student classification after junior high school graduation, Provincial Department of Education and Training expects to recruit 70% of junior high school graduates who enrolled in public 10th grades by taking the entrance exam.

On June 21, the department will announce results of the entrance exam to grade 10 of public high schools. Candidates who could not sit the exam because of valid reasons, examination boards will hold meeting and evaluate these cases, if the candidate is eligible, he/she will be considered for admission to 10th grade.
