On April 21, Red Cross Society of Binh Nham Ward, in collaboration with Red Cross of Thuan An City, organized a "Zero-Dong Market". Nguyen Van Loi, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Provincial Party Committee, Head of Provincial National Assembly Delegation, attended the event.

The program "Zero-Dong market" had 16 stalls, including food and necessities such as: Instant noodles, rice, soy sauce, fish sauce, cooking oil, milk, eggs, vegetables... 150 poor and near-poor households received free vouchers to buy goods with a total value of 160 million VND.
