A ceremony to inaugurate 1,700 apartments and commence construction of 1,500 apartments under the Becamex Dinh Hoa social housing area was held in TDM city’s Hoa Phu ward. Attending the event were Tran Van Nam, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Head of provincial National Assembly Delegation; Tran Thanh Liem, Vice-Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Chairman of provincial People’s Committee together with representatives of sectors, departments in the province.
The Becamex Dinh Hoa social housing area is built on a total area of 13 hectares, comprising of 17 blocs with 1 ground floor and 4 storeys. Each apartment is around 30 square meters with beautiful and optimal design…
This is part of the Social Housing Project approved by provincial People’s Committee. Of these, Becamex IDC has a total of 37 social housing projects for laborers. In 2015, after inaugurating 5,000 apartments for the first phase and starting construction of 10,000 others for the second phase, Becamex IDC continued implementing its 2A phase in TDM city. After 18 months of construction, the work has been completed and put into use. More than 1,000 clients have so far registered to buy apartments in the social housing area.
