Provincial Business Bloc’s Youth Union has just held the 2013 competition on “Youth with the campaign of Vietnamese people give priority to using Vietnamese goods” at Binh Duong-based Co.op Mart supermarket.
With 5 participating teams, the competition absorbed more than 200 Youth Union members and visitors going shopping at the supermarket. It included 2 parts: “Trial of buying Vietnamese goods”, knowledge on the campaign “Vietnamese people give priority to using Vietnamese goods”.
Finally, the organizers awarded first, second and third prizes to the group of the Youth Unions of production sector, the group of the Youth Unions of financial-banking sector and the group of the Youth Unions of construction sector, respectively. Two consolation prizes went to two teams from the groups of the Youth Unions of service sector and provincial Business Bloc’s Youth Federation.
The competition aimed to make dissemination of information about the contents of the campaign “Vietnamese people give priority to using Vietnamese goods” among locals, especially youngsters; educate youngsters about the Law on Intellectual Property and how to distinguish between genuine goods and fake ones while creating a healthy and useful playground for them.
