The 2013
provincial mobile propaganda competition concluded successfully at provincial Cultural Center on the evening of April 16. The
organizers also awarded prizes to 8 programs, 10 actors and 11 propagandists
for their excellent performance at the competition. 
The competition absorbed 14 local units with more than 200 actors and propagandists. Each unit performed a 40-45 minute-program with propaganda contents regarding the Party and State’s policies and laws on new rural construction, fight against family and school violence, traffic safety, drug prevention…
At the closing ceremony, the organizers awarded 29 various prizes to outstanding programs, actors and propagandists plus other 6 consolation prizes. First prize for district-level program went to Tan Uyen district’s Center for Culture-Information and Sports while first prize for commune/ward-level program belonged to Phu Giao district’s Tan Long commune.
Quang Cuong from TDM city’s Center for Culture-Information and Sports grasped the best propagandist award at district level while the best propagandist award at commune/ward level went to Phuong Thao in Phu Giao district’s Tan Long commune. The best actor awards at district and commune/ward levels belonged to Trong Xuyen and Phi Long, respectively.
