Early May 28, Dau Tieng district forwarded a conference honoring 211 outstanding collectives and individuals in the local patriotic emulation movements between 2010 and 2015.
The district’s patriotic emulation movements in the 2010-2015 period made positive changes and reaped many results. Emulation and reward work was seen as one of effective measures and was a driving force for the local socio-economic development.
Also thanks to patriotic emulation movements well realized during the period, the district mobilized many resources, creating a general strength and reached achievements in maintaining the local economic growth and ensuring social welfare. The rate of the local poor households reduced to 1.35%; the rate of cultural families, quarters and hamlets reached 89.73%, over 90%, respectively…
Upholding achievements done, the conference launched patriotic emulation movements in the 2015-2020 period with such specific requirements as turning emulation into a motivation for socio-economic development; bracing up people from all strata to bring full play their ability, contributing to realizing the local tasks on socio-economic development, national defence and security.
