To mark the 68th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs’ Day (July 27, 1947-July 27, 2015, provincial Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs has mapped out an estimate on expenditure to be used to present gifts to the local war invalids, martyrs’ families and revolutionary contributors.
Accordingly, more than VND12.6bln will be used as expenditure to visit and present gifts to policy beneficiaries on this occasion. Provincial leaders will visit and give 360 gifts for policy beneficiaries at home. They will also visit and present 40 gifts to revolutionary contributors being treated at hospitals. And other 21,758 gifts will be given for war invalids, martyrs’ families and revolutionary contributors across the province.
This is also a chance for leaders at all levels of the province to learn about the lives of policy beneficiaries while expressing deep gratitude to those who laid down their lives to defend national freedom and liberation. The above gifts will be a motivation for needy policy beneficiary families to rise up.
