With many efforts, it was estimated that the whole province had 3,314 households free from poverty in 2011.
Under the Government’s Resolution No.11 on the main measures to curb inflation, maintain macroeconomic stability and ensure social welfare, the province’s sector of labor, war invalids and social affairs well realized social welfare policies for poor people and social welfare beneficiaries in 2011 with a total expense of VND121.035bln from State budget and other many sources (not including loan support sources)
