Di An town’s Youth Union, on June 10, held a conference to partially review its mid-term activities and extend the Resolution of the local Youth Union congress for the 2012 and 2017 tenure.
During the last mid-tenure, the town’s Youth Union well realized many activities, especially “studying and following Uncle Ho’s teachings” models, namely “My family studying and following Uncle Ho’s teachings”, “One golden hour for saving in accordance with Uncle Ho’s teachings”…
The town’s Youth Union also installed late President Ho Chi Minh’s testament in 7 wards and 41 quarters, contributing to educating youngsters about political thought and speeding up dissemination of information about Uncle Ho’s testament among locals.
Besides, the movement of “Volunteering for socio-economic development and national defence” was implemented via youth works, including installing wastebaskets in public places, presenting 20 benches, 900 flower pots to the town’s martyrs’ cemetery, actively carrying out the program of “Sentimental attachment for national sea and islands”, protecting the environment, propagandizing the Law Code…
The town’s Youth Union will continue implementing volunteer movements, speeding up a task of gathering and uniting youngsters…On this occasion, 15 collectives and 25 individuals were also honored for their excellent achievements in the local Youth Union, teenagers and children’s movements.
