To celebrate the 40th anniversary of Vietnam Teachers' Day (November 20, 1982 - November 20, 2022), on the morning of November 16, Phu Giao district’s Labor Union held a conference to honor typical trade union officials of the school bloc in 2022.
In 2022, trade union locals of schools in the district have launched the emulation - commendation movement among officials, trade unionists and employees; the emulation movements on "Innovation in management, teaching and learning", "Cadres, civil servants emulating in the implementation of culture at workplace". In addition, they implemented a special emulation movement on "The whole education sector uniting, joining hands in Covid-19 prevention and control, successfully implementing the school year's tasks”; emulated in improving the quality of teaching and learning. Along with that, the bloc’s trade union locals also organized visits to 300 trade unionists with the amount of VND 600 million; supported 75 disadvantaged trade unionists to stay in public houses of schools with the amount of VND 15 million…
Through the emulation movements, one collective and one individual received the certificate of merit from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; one collective was awarded the emulation flag by provincial People's Committee; 7 collectives and 2 individuals were awarded the certificates of merit by provincial Labor Union along with many other awards.
On this occasion, the district’s Labor Union organized to commend and reward 40 outstanding trade union officials of the school bloc in 2022.
