Late September 19, provincial Red Cross Society in collaboration with the People’s Committee of Tuong Binh Hiep commune in TDM city held a mid-autumn festival for hundreds of the local children.
Coming the festival, the local children had a chance to enjoy art performance items, unicorn-lion-dragon dances and take part in folk games. They also participated in a lantern parade through the commune’s main streets. On this occasion, the local donors presented 400 mid-autumn gifts, including confectionary and lanterns, to children with difficulties.
*The Youth Union and Women’s Union of Dieu Hoa hamlet in Tan Uyen district’s Bach Dang commune also held a mid-autumn festival for the local children on the evening of September 19.
With exciting art performance items, the program brought the local children a joyful and warm atmosphere of mid-autumn festival. The organizers also mobilized donors to present mid-autumn gifts, including moon cakes and lanterns, to 120 local children with difficulties.
