The major task of provincial Steering Board of the National Target Program on New Rural Construction in the coming time is to fulfill the local new rural construction target by 2020.
Accordingly, till 2020, the province will have 70%-75% of schools meeting national standards. There will be 7,5 doctors per 10,000 people, 100% of rural people in use of clean water and the rate of poor households under the new poverty line will reduce to 1% per year.
To achieve the above target, the province will mobilize all resources and diversify investment forms from businesses in order to add capital to the local new rural construction work. In the 2016-2020 period, the province will also generate jobs for 45,000 rural laborers annually.
