Ben Cat town is now home to around 354 and 1,131 enterprises in and out of industrial parks, respectively. Every year, they recruit around 5,000 laborers.

The town has also opened around 10-15 vocational classes on babysitting, cooking, forklift truck driving…for 450 rural laborers. After graduation, they can create jobs by themselves or are introduced to the local firms, thereby helping them stabilize their lives.
