In the morning of October 4, the Union of Science and Technology Associations in coordination with the Department of Science and Technology, the Department of Education and Training, the Provincial Youth Union organize the review and award of the the 14th Creative Competition for Youth in the 2017-2018. The contest was launched and received the product from October 2017 to March 2018. This year, the Organizing Board received 1,035 products, including the following: children's toys and recreational utensils; household appliances; solutions for production, environmental protection; software. The judging panel, the Organizing Committee selected 108 products to move to the judging panel reviews. As a result, there are 1 first prize, 7 second prize, 8 third prize, 13 consolation prize, 22 movement prize.

Speaking at the ceremony, Dang Minh Hung, Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Committee, said the contest had aroused the potential and creative development of the young generation. Preparing for the fifteenth contest, ask the units in the organizing committee to actively propagate, launching widely students about the meaning of the contest. Thus, encourage them to participate in research, create products of quality, diversity, contributing to improve the quality of the contest.
On this occasion, 29 authors, group of authors won the first, second, third, encouraging the provincial People's Committee awarded certificates of merit. The organizers of the contest presented certificates of merit to 22 authors, groups of authors winning the movement; awarded certificates of merit to 10 actively participating in propaganda and dissemination contest. On this occasion, the Office of Education and Training and the Provincial Youth Union launched the Creative Contest for 15-year-old children and adolescents.
