Since early 2011, the whole province has organized 20 vocational training classes for 621 rural laborers. This figure has lifted the total number of trained laborers in the rural region of the province since 2008 up more than 1,400.
After the vocational training classes, the majority of laborers have sought stable jobs while some other have registered to attend extra-classes to improve their workmanship, making active contributions to the province’s target on hunger eradication, poverty alleviation and job creation.
