The campaign of “Phu Giao’s youths following Uncle Ho’s teachings in association with the Politburo’s Directive No.3 on further promoting “Studying and following late President Ho Chi Minh’s exemplary morals” were forwarded among the local youngsters. The district’s Youth Unions at all levels organized hundreds of forums, talk shows and documentary film shows on Uncle Ho; concretized the movement of “5 volunteers, 4 cooperations” with many significant and practical activities, including providing free medical check-ups and medicine for the poor, building houses of compassion, giving blood, reforming administrative procedures, eradicating hunger, reducing poverty, taking care of policy beneficiaries…For example, the Youth Union of Vinh Hoa commune maintained the local heroic Vietnamese mothers. The Youth Union of Phuoc Vinh township upgraded gratitude houses and cared for policy beneficiaries. The district’s Youth Union at all levels carried out a youth work valued at over VND150mln, helping needy pupils…Many outstanding individuals in studying and following late President Ho Chi Minh’s exemplary morals were also discovered through the movements of the local Youth Union over the past time.
On this occasion, Phu Giao district’s Youth Union awarded the certificates of merit to 79 outstanding youths in following Uncle Ho’s teachings between 2013 and 2015. The awards ceremony of the local Youth Union’s contest on displaying studying corners and following Uncle Ho’s teachings between 2013 and 2015 were also organized.
