The Trade Union of Ben Cat town-based Industrial Parks (Ips) has just held a conference to partially review its activities in the first half of 2017 and implement orientations for the rest of the year.
Over the past six months, production-business activities at town-based Ips continued reaching growth. The Trade Union of town-based Ips also coordinated with Consulting-Services-Investment Joint Stock Company and provincial Support Center for Young Workers to introduce jobs to 850 laborers; monitored businesses’ adjustment of salary scale and payroll for laborers…Apart from salary policies, businesses paid attention to realizing many other allowances for laborers…The Trade Union of town-based Ips also mobilized businesses to build houses for laborers. So far, there have been 28 businesses building over 4,000 rooms, providing stable accommodations for more than 5,000 laborers…
In the remaining six months of the year, the Trade Union of town-based Ips will continue disseminating the Labor Code, the Law on Trade Union, the Regulations of the Trade Union; organize activities in celebration of the 88th foundation anniversary of Vietnam Trade Union; oversee businesses’ implementation of Tet salary and bonus policies for laborers…
On this occasion, the Trade Union of town-based Ips also awarded the certificates of merit to 3 collectives and 24 individuals having excellent achievements in a singing contest for workers and a contest for good hygienists organized by the province.
