The Trade Union of the province’s healthcare sector has just forwarded a conference to review the “Good at workplace, responsible for housework” emulation movement in the 2010-2014 period.
The whole sector now has 32 trade union locals with 4,620 trade unionists, 93.56% of whom are female. Over the past five years, along with many other emulation movements, the “Good at workplace, responsible for housework” emulation movement was promoted among the sector’s female laborers. There were 2,365 female laborers getting training to improve their qualification; 340 with scientific research subjects; 85 with technical innovation initiatives…
As a result, after five-year implementation of the emulation movement “Women with two good performances”, the whole sector had a total of 1,967 women winning the “two-good” title…
On this occasion, provincial Labor Union awarded the certificates of merit to 2 collectives and 6 individuals (photo). 12 collectives and 68 individuals were also awarded the certificates of merit of the Trade Union of the province’s healthcare sector for their excellent performance in the “Good at workplace, responsible for housework” emulation movement between 2010 and 2015.
