After a week of updating the assessment of the COVID-19 epidemic level by localities, the whole province has 91 communes, wards and towns under epidemic level 1 corresponding to the color green or the new normal.
Criteria for assessing the level of the COVID-19 epidemic are deployed by localities on the basis of the degree of infection and the ability to respond. In which, the criterion of infection level consists of 2 indicators of the rate of new cases per week per 100,000 population and the average rate of patients requiring oxygen per 100,000 population. Regarding the criterion of ability to response, localities are determined through the rate of readiness to manage and care for F0, the rate of hospital beds available for COVID-19 patients and the rate of ICU beds with enough medical staff per 100,000 population. The ability to respond to COVID-19 epidemic situations is determined at 3 levels of high, medium and low. All 91 communes, wards and townships in the province self-assessed that they have high ability to respond to any epidemic situations.
Up to now, recorded on the COVID-19 Immunization Management System, the whole province has injected 6,531,819 doses of COVID-19 vaccinea, of which 2,881,481 people injected by dose 1, 2,329,950 dose 2, 1,299,007 dose 3 and 21,381 people dose 4. Specifically, children of 5-11 years old received 28,350 doses, children of 12-17 years old 270,600 doses and people 18 years and older 6,232,869 doses. However, the actual vaccination data in Binh Duong is considered to be higher as the system has not been updated in time.
