honors typical examples.
Nguyen Van Danh, vice chairman of the district Fatherland Front Committee, said over the past 10 years the entire district has had 15 order security councils at communal level, 898 self-control militia teams, 15 night-watch teams. The teams have worked with public security force at all levels to fight against crimes.
Notably, the order security councils have included prestigious and experienced members. The councils have solved 13,793 conflicts, converted 426 offenders and educated 538 people in the community. In addition, the councils have helped 256 amnesty-offered offenders…
Moreover, the councils have offered over 3,000 useful information sources for policemen, arrested 1,436 offenders and so on. Meanwhile, the self-control militia teams have cooperated with mass bodies to solve 5,124 disputes and mobilize 54 offenders to give themselves up to the police…
Along with the model of order security, many models of national security have upheld their efficiency. They include models of crime control, patrol team, club for young lodgers and among others.
Many typical examples of the model have appeared. They are Vo Kim Sang in Tru Van Tho commune who arrested 3 thieves on Dec. 17, 2008, Tran Dinh Cuong in My Phuoc township who offered useful information for policemen or Nguyen Thanh Son in Long Nguyen commune who helped local policemen arrest killers.
With harmonic cooperation, the district bodies have upheld their strength to improve the public’s awareness on order security.
