Enthusiasm, agility and patience are precious characters of Bui Thi Lanh, vice secretary of Phuoc Vinh township party committee in Phu Giao district. She has won many remarkable achievements of emulation movements.
Bui Thi Lanh was born in the Northern province of Thai Binh in 1960. She was admitted as a party member in 1981. In 1993, she arrived in South Vietnam to reunite with her husband who was working at Phu Giao district.
Living in new homeland with many difficulties, she has still involved in local social activities positively. Experiencing many various works at Women’s Union, Fatherland Front, Party work, she has finalized her tasks and led in emulation movements, bringing certificates of merit for local agencies.
At present, as a vice secretary of Phuoc Vinh township party committee, she has always reinforced and improved quality of Party meetings at grassroot levels. The work of Party building in the township has won many achievements for many consecutive years.
Aside from being an exemplary party member, she has been a typical woman in good business and production. By her patience and determination, she has so far possessed over 6 ha of rubber trees.
In 2012, she was awarded a 30-year Party insignia. Talking about her experience in excelling the Party work and mass body, she shared “Enthusiasm and friendliness will bring successes”.
