“Success of constructing a stable residential area for people to live peacefully is thanks to public unity. When we work rightly, people will follow and targets will be accomplished,” said Mr. Cao Tien Binh who is now Binh Duong 2 Party cell Secretary in An Binh Commune, Di An District. He is also a head of the area.
He was born in 1955 in Nghe An and has joined the troops since 1974 through campaigns until 1979 when he was assigned back to be a military trainer as well as tasks in Cambodia. By 1988, he quit his job as a soldier with illness and got married. By 1996, he and his family of a wife and two children came to Binh Duong to make their living. He worked for Thai Binh Shoes Company for sometime and quit before joining with his younger brother’s business.
With less time tension, he accepted to be in charge of the locality. Through 3 tenures, he still is entrusted by local people.
Binh Duong 2 is a residential area of increasing population of people from outside the province which borders Lam Hong vehicles station, Xuyen A Avenue, Song Than crossing bridge and other localities of Ho Chi Minh City with a lot of companies and factories. Currently, the population is nearly 30,000.
in his 11 years working for this local authority, he became knowledgeable of local situations as he claimed of more crimes. To keep the situations in tracks he connects public people with local police force and unifies power of the system.
By such management, he has helped to settle down cases of fighting and crimes. Meantime, he joins clubs of pensioners and other unions to work as individual models for local people to follow.
“He is energetic. Whatever he does expresses his high responsibility. Binh Duong 2 Party cell is evaluated as a united one which has helped to maintain local security as well as to accomplish targets proposed by the Party and local authority,” said An Binh Commune Deputy Chairman Pham Cong Dan as he made his remarks on Mr. Binh.
