In the past Tet holiday, Binh Duong had more than 150,000 workers enjoying Tet away from home. However, they felt warm when receiving great attention from businesses by various forms such as year-end parties, New Year Eve parties, Tet gift granting and many more.

With the purpose of bringing Tet holiday for more than 50 migrant laborers, Showa Gloves Vietnam Co.Ltd. in VSIP I held a New Year Eve party on Jan. 30 night at the company. Herein, migrant laborers joined in a musical show and enjoyed Tet gifts and lucky money from the company trade union. Yuji Tokuoka, general director of the company said that this was the second year the company held the year-end party for laborers who could not afford to come back their homeland for Tet holiday. This annual activity is to take care of migrant workers' spiritual life and share difficulties with laborers.

For migrant workers, their biggest wish is to reunite relatives on Tet holiday. However, owing to difficult living, more than 650 migrant laborers of Yazaki Company were forced to welcome Tet away from home. In order to encourage them, the company held a meeting for them with many games of lucky draw and musical performance.

In order to help migrant laborers enjoy a warm Tet holiday, the company directorate organized a New Year's Eve party at the company tenement. Herein, migrant workers enjoyed karaoke singing contest and lucky money.
