North Tan Uyen district’s Women's Union has just held a talk show on making gender equality, building happy families in the current period, aiming to celebrate International Day of Happiness, March 20 while implementing the Project 938 on propagandizing, educating, mobilizating and supporting women to participate in solving social issues related to women in the 2017-2027 period towards sustainable and happy families.
