Many activities showing gratitude to people who contributed to the revolutionary cause have taken place across the province on the occasion of the 67th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs’Day (July 27, 1947-July 27, 2014).
Leaders of Phu Giao district will lead a delegation to visit and present 400 gifts worth VND500,000 each to the local policy beneficiaries with difficult circumstances on July 24 ahead. On this occasion, the district will organize a get-together to mark the 67th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs’Day; grant the certificates of “Model citizen-Exemplary revolutionary family” for outstanding policy beneficiaries; honor outstanding individuals and collectives in the movement of “Paying debt of gratitude”…
The same day, a delegation of leaders of Di An town’s Party Committee, People’s Council and People’s Committee, headed by Nguyen Van Loc, Secretary of the town’s Party Committee, will visit and present 50 gifts worth VND500,000 in cash each to outstanding revolutionary contributors with difficult circumstances across the town.
The delegation will also give a gift for Vietnamese heroic mother Tran Thi Hai in Tan Dong Hiep ward. On this occasion, the delegation will also visit and present 25 gifts from the province’s State budget to policy beneficiary families.
On July 25, a delegation of leaders of Tan Uyen town’s Party Committee, People’s Council and People’s Committee, led by Huynh Thanh Long, Secretary of the town’s Party Committee, will visit and give 441 gifts worth VND600,000 in cash each from the local State budget for outstanding policy beneficiaries with difficult circumstances. The delegation will also visit and present gifts to 2 Vietnamese heroic mothers, namely Tran Thi O in Khanh Binh ward and Nguyen Thi Day in Tan Vinh Hiep commune.
On this occasion, Tan Uyen town will present 30 gifts from the province’s State budget to policy beneficiary families.
