According to provincial Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs (DoLISA), up to now, most enterprises in the province have come into stable operation. The number of employees coming back to work after Tet in province-based enterprises has reached over 90%. This is because these enterprises have well implemented policies to retain employees, thereby encouraging them to come back to work. Before Tet, they paid salaries, bonuses as well as allowances for employees while giving lucky money for them on the first working day of the year together a number of other preferential policies...
In order to promptly meet the labor demand for production and business activities in the province, provincial DoLISA has continued directing provincial Job Placement Center to implement such solutions as collecting enterprises’ information on recruitment, especially seasonal job positions to propagandize them among employees; promoted the connection of supply - demand, connecting with other enterprises in need of recruitment, helping unemployed workers have the opportunity to return to the labor market; strengthened the organization of face-to-face and online job transaction sessions, organized daily online interviews to support employees who come to apply for unemployment insurance to have the opportunity to immediately approach enterprises.
In addition, the center needs to strengthen activities on job consultancy, introduction, connection through Zalo, Facebook, phone, email, direct, online job transaction floors.... so that employees, especially workers who are receiving unemployment benefits and need jobs can access jobs quickly and conveniently; to step up activities of taking care of enterprises and employees; regularly update database to create a reliable data source at the needs of enterprises and employees.
