Provincial Traffic Safety Committee yesterday held a conference to approve a plan on activities in response to the World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims (November 17) at provincial Department of Transport.
Accordingly, from now to November 17, provincial Traffic Safety Committee and relevant agencies will jointly organize propaganda activities on traffic safety with the slogans of “Traffic safety-Pain remains”, “Safety at anytime-Happiness at anywhere”…to disseminate the significance of the event in remembrance of road traffic victims while warning all people of serious consequences caused by traffic accidents to the whole society, raising their awareness of traffic safety…
From November 10 to 15, provincial Traffic Safety Committee will coordinate with its affiliates and relevant agencies to visit and offer help to the families of road traffic victims, particularly those in difficult circumstances.
It is known that one of the plan’s main activities is the requiem for those who died in traffic accidents that will be held at Hoi An Pagoda in Binh Duong New City at 18pm of November 17 with the participation of more than 1,000 people.
