On the morning of October 10, at Binh Duong VNPT headquarter, Binh Duong provincial Youth Union Standing Committee organized a program to respond to National Digital Transformation Day 2023 (October 10). Attending the event were Bui Thanh Nhan, Standing Member, Head of the provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization, leaders of departments, branches, and nearly 200 union members and youth from universities and colleges in the province.
At the program, a signing ceremony took place to coordinate, restore and promote the value of historical and cultural relics in the province until 2025 with orientation to 2030 of the provincial Youth Union, Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and Department of Education and Training.

The organizing committee also launched an online contest to learn about digital transformation, summarizing the program of "Installing VNPT Money wallet - Building new term projects". VNPT donated VND 50 million to build charitable houses for poor households in Dien Bien province.
The program also took place with many activities in response to digital transformation day such as launching a cashless youth route project, training to improve digital capacity of applying artificial intelligence to the real life of young people and safety skills in the digital environment, deploying installation and authentication of union member accounts on the Vietnamese youth application.
