Good models
Mrs.Phuong said that provincial Women’s Union has so far developed nearly 40 clubs with nearly 700 members. Despite having different names, these clubs has the same goal of building wealthy, equitable, progressive and happy families.
Among the above clubs, many have worked effectively. The club of “Nam gioi la diem tua” (Mankind is fulcrum) in Ben Cat district’s Hung Hoa commune is a typical example for this. The club, which was established in April 2007, includes husbands who know to respect and help their wives in the family life and have the prestige in the commune. So far, it has successfully conciliated 31 cases of disagreement on marriage and family, 9 cases of disagreement among neighbors…
Or, the club of “Gia dinh hanh phuc” (Happy families) in TDM town’s Hiep Thanh ward is a useful place for many local families. Members of the clubs are also positive propagandists in the task of converting the local unobedient children.

Over the past time, provincial Women’s Unions at all levels have sped up propaganda activities about reproductive healthcare, HIV/AIDS prevention…among the local women; provided necessary knowledge for nearly 100,000 women to well realize the Project of “Educating 5 million mothers how to well bring up children” between 2010 and 2015; frequently teamed up with relevant agencies to provide medical check-ups, medicine and consultancy on nutrition knowledge for the local women…
