Taking care of laborers
Over the past years, the Trade Union of Apparel Far Eastern Vietnam Co.Ltd. always accompanied laborers, ensuring their legitimate rights and interests.
The Trade Union also organized cultural sports activities for laborers; visited and presented gifts to them on Tet and great holidays; opened classes to improve their skills…, contributing to taking care of their lives.
Dang Quang Duan, Chairman of Apparel Far Eastern Vietnam Co.Ltd. said that 100% of laborers at the company have been signed labor deals, ensuring their rights and interests as stipulated.
The company has also implemented policies on improving laborers’ workmanship. It is known that laborers at the company have got training on professional knowledge and advanced labor skills right after being recruited.
“Leaders of the company’s Trade Union have also always wanted that along with advanced production skills, laborers need to be equipped with basic life skills in order to not being affected by bad situations…”
Dealing with laborers’ queries
Every month, the Trade Union of Apparel Far Eastern Co.Ltd. organizes a dialogue between the company’s leaders and laborers. This is seen as a chance for laborers at the company to express their aspirations pertaining to social welfare policies.
Many dialogues between the company’s leaders and laborers were successfully organized by the Trade Union over the past time. At the dialogues, the company’s directorate listened to laborers’ suggestions for timely solutions. The dialogues took place under the democratic and open spirit, contributing to creating a good working environment for better production…
Through such dialogues, the Trade Union of the company well realized its role as a bridge between laborers and the company’s directorate. This not only helped the Trade Union protect laborers’ legitimate rights and interests, but also satisfied requirements from the company’s directorate.
