In an effort to apply information technology practically and effectively in line with current trends, Thu Dau Mot city’s Party Committee has recently organized a training conference on the application of generative AI in work processes. The event was held for officials, leaders and specialists from municipal agencies, departments, Fatherland Front Committee, mass organizations and the Party Committees of all 14 wards.
At the conference, participants were trained on six key topics, including an overview of AI and AI chatbots; guidance on using ChatGPT; effective prompt writing skills; application of AI in specific administrative tasks; use of NotebookLM for summarizing and organizing documents; ethics and security in AI usage.
In addition to receiving information and knowledge, participants were also guided through hands-on practice using AI applications on computers and smartphones to support their work in a creative and effective manner.
