At Q.L apricot garden in An Phu Dong, district 12, HCMC, many apricot pots have blossomed well before Tet. Mrs. Ba Q, the owner of the Q.L garden, said unseasonable rains this week from a tropical low pressure system threaten to ruin flower growers in the south by making their flowers bloom well before Tet. However, she manages to prepare hundreds of other apricot pots for Tet.

Aside from apricot trees grown in the HCMC, Binh Duong province has this kind of flower coming from Lam Dong, Dong Nai and Western provinces.
