Under the instruction of provincial Party Standing Committee, with the approval of provincial People's Committee, provincial Fatherland Front Committee (FFC) is currently coordinating with departments and sectors to urgently deploy support for immigrant workers who have lost their jobs or stopped working, due to Covid-19 pandemic.

Nguyen Van Loc, member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, Chairman of provincial FFC said that this support aims at encouraging workers who have lost their jobs or stopped working at the lodging facilities, thereby well complying with the Prime Minister’s Directive No.16 and joining with the province in the fight against the pandemic.
Accordingly, each employee staying at lodging facilities will be supported VND 500,000, including essential necessities worth VND 300,000 and VND200,000 in cash. Currently, provincial FFCs at all levels and member organizations are urgently offering support to immigrant workers.
It is expected that the province will support about 500,000 workers staying at lodging facilities in the province with around VND 260 billion.
