The program is implemented in Thuan An city, Di An city and Tan Uyen town with 100 participating volunteers to support hospitals, medical facilities, quarantine areas and F0 being treated at home by transporting necessities, cleaning, providing care, consulting and supporting patients undergoing treatment.
After recovering from Covid-19, whoever wishes to participate in the program will register for it at the office of the provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association through the program's hotline. The provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association will mobilize resources to implement the program and coordinate with the health sector to organize basic knowledge training for volunteers to monitor blood oxygen status, respiratory status, blood pressure and skills to care for patients. When the patient has any abnormal changes, the volunteers will inform the doctor for more support.
On the basis of the results of the volunteers' training and health, the provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association will work with the health sector to arrange volunteers to hospitals, medical facilities, quarantine areas, etc. to perform the tasks. In addition, when participating in the program, each volunteer will receive a financial supporting amounts of VND 6 - 8 million a month from the campaign resources of the provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association.
