Awards ceremony for 8th “Land and People of Binh Duong” Literary and Artistic Creation Contest 2024 held

Early August 30, provincial Association of Literature and Arts held the awards ceremony for the 8th “Land and People of Binh Duong” Literary and Artistic Creation Contest 2024 at Binh Duong Junior College of Fine Arts and Culture.

The contest received 466 entries from 91 authors in photography, literature, theater and music. After evaluating these entries, the organizers awarded 48 prizes to 48 works with high artistic quality.

In the photography category, the first prize went to the work "Thuc hanh cong nghe 4.0” (Practicing 4.0 Technology) of Tran Duy Tinh. In the theater category, the works "Bai ca cho que huong” (Song for the Homeland) by Minh Hai and "Tu hai Binh Duong” (Pride of Binh Duong) by Nguyen Van Du won second prizes (no first prize was awarded). In the prose category, the work "Cha ghe” (Stepfather) by Phan Hai won second prize (no first prize was awarded). In the music category, the work "Binh Duong ngoi sang thang 4” (Binh Duong shining in April) by composer Nguyen Long won second prize (no first prize was awarded). In the poetry category, the work "Mua xuan que me da ve” (Motherland's spring has come) by Bui Thi Kim Loan won second prize (no first prize was awarded).
