To commemorate the 94th anniversary of the establishment of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - March 26, 2025), the Standing Committees of the Provincial Youth Unions of Binh Duong and Binh Phuoc provinces have organized a study program centered on the theme "The Era of the Vietnamese Nation's Ascendancy - Awareness and Responsibility of Binh Duong and Binh Phuoc Youth in 2025."

To achieve the objective of Vietnam transitioning into a developing nation characterized by modern industry and elevated average income by 2030, and a developed country with high income by 2045, the Party and State have implemented numerous transformative policies and guidelines. Notably, Resolution 57 NQ/TW, issued by the Politburo on December 22, 2024, regarding the advancement of science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation, represents a significant milestone. This Resolution reflects the Party's strategic vision, positioning science, technology, and innovation as the primary catalysts for rapid and sustainable development, mitigating the risk of stagnation and propelling the nation toward robust growth in the new era.
To enhance young people's comprehension of Resolution 57, the Standing Committees of the Provincial Youth Unions of Binh Duong and Binh Phuoc organized a study program titled "The Era of the Vietnamese Nation's Rise - Awareness and Responsibility of the Youth of Binh Duong and Binh Phuoc in 2025." During this program, thousands of youth union members from both provinces participated, attending the event live at the Provincial Convention and Exhibition Center and online via the Youth Union's information channels. They listened to Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Quoc Dung, a member of the Central Theoretical Council and Director of the Regional Political Academy II, as he reviewed the significant achievements of the Vietnamese revolution in the national liberation struggle, as well as the foundations for a new era of development. He also shared insightful perspectives on "The Era of the Vietnamese Nation's Rise - Awareness and Responsibility of the Youth of Binh Duong and Binh Phuoc," thereby inspiring and fostering the proactive and creative spirit of young people in this new era.
Dr. Huynh The An, a lecturer at Thu Dau Mot University, remarked: “Resolution No. 57 explicitly states: ‘The development of science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation are critical factors in the advancement of nations; they serve as prerequisites and present the best opportunities for our country to thrive robustly and powerfully in this new era - the era of national development.’ Consequently, the study program holds significant importance, particularly as our nation embarks on a new phase of development - a period during which the Vietnamese people are making substantial strides. Participating in the program has afforded me the opportunity to articulate my thoughts and aspirations, as well as to inquire directly about the specific policies that will be enacted to support businesses and research organizations in the application of advanced technologies, particularly AI and big data, in production and management in the near future.”
Nguyen Thi Lan Anh, a student at Thu Dau Mot University, remarked, “Participating in the program, I encountered a wealth of valuable information regarding Vietnam's transition into a phase of robust development characterized by rapid industrialization, modernization, and profound international integration. This context has sparked my interest in the opportunities and challenges confronting the youth of Binh Duong, the avenues through which young individuals can assert themselves, advance their careers, and contribute to the nation, as well as the challenges that may hinder their progress if they fail to adapt proactively.”
