In recent years of socio-economic development of the province, quantity of traffic vehicles have been increased due to the growing population of immigrant workers. Thus, traffic accidents have been increased as one of the major issues that local authorities, departments, and sectors are facing.

Regulations on traffic participation are disseminated at a school
Signs of information dissemination have been more visible to remind us of traffic law observation in our participation into traffic transition.
However strong the movements are, traffic accidents seem to be unreduced on year on year basis, especially fatal accidents which are mainly caused by carelessness or law observation awareness. Many still drive in intoxicated status or failing to wear safety helmets or careless crossing or illegal road invasion, etc.
Besides, local facilities fail to follow socio-economic growth and hot spots of traffic accident are threatening traffic participants. On the other hand, local management of road barriers is not timely and duly to requirements while signs are lacking to support reasonable allocation of traffic flow and inspection and penalty are not strict enough to undermine further breaches.
One of the factors affecting the maintaining and assurance of traffic safety in the province include the gathering and swinging of adolescences showing off their disturbance and risking of their own lives.
As statistics shows that youths aged 15 to 24 are accounted for 20% of Vietnamese population and 40% of serious traffic accidents in the last 10 years during when the amount of traffic accidents have grown quadruped.
We can put it that all traffic accidents in Vietnam are derived from low awareness and understanding of traffic laws. Thus, so as to disseminate the laws to the public, school students, and adolescences, creative and effective measures should be put into use and more robust education approach should be implemented.
As for schools, civil awareness and law abiding awareness should be broadcast to their students. The willingness of law observation should be the basic criteria in evaluating ethic training of students, i.e. penalties should be implemented upon traffic law breaches.
Parents should take more care for education of ethics and traffic law observation among their children. Do not allow them to go to school by motorbikes if they do not reach required ages. Meantime, the State should rule on stricter penalties against parents neglecting or covering their children’s breaches.
Concurrently, the functional agencies should make frequent inspection to discover and fine the cases of traffic law breaches in a bid to improve awareness of law abiding among public people and students. As the laws may get stricter, the breaches should be undermined gradually.
