Enlighten the public of practical benefits
Taking the assessment that majority of traffic roads in the district have been narrow and limited from the date of establishment, Bau Bang District Association of Farmer directed its association in the communes to propagate for more awareness of facility constructions. Through efforts of mobilization, the members have not only donated land but also money and working forces to build up roads.

Deputy Chair of Bau Bang District Association of Farmers, Nguyen Thi Anh Tuyet said that the public unity had enabled favorable site clearance for traffic construction.
We were surprised to be present at the 1.2km long roads at Trang Lon Hamlet in Long Nguyen Commune. The concrete road was fast built thanks to the unity and volunteer of farmers. Looking at the farmers transporting commodities easily on the roads, we could feel their delight for their very own contributions.
Mr. Nguyen Van Bac was one of the many contributing to the concrete road at Trang Lon Hamlet. His family was dependent on rubber tree planting lot; however, he was ready to donate over 1,500 m2 for the road to be constructed.
He said: “Recalling the time of dirt roads, it was horrible as the road endured sandstorm-like in sunny season and mashy in rainy season. We can not hold on to the mindset of keeping for our own. That should undermine the local development. I am ready to donate as the local authority may deem to expand the roads.”
Benefits for the State and the people
By introduction of leader of Tru Van Tho Commune, we visited family of Mr. Dang Thanh Tuan residing at Hamlet 4. Tuan’s family donated 1,000 square meters to construct a preschool and market place for merchants.
Besides, Tuan supports the installation of lighting system at the market place of Hamlet 4 covering over 1km. Wife to Mr. Tuan, Mrs. Hoang My Hanh said: “In the area, we have no preschool, thus, families of children had to take them to school from a long distance. We felf for them; thus, as local party committee started the drive, we immediately donated the land area to local authority to build new school.” Besides, Tuan donated to build a market place for local merchants. Of the same contribution like Tuan and Bac, Mr. Tran Van Van, residing at Lai Hung Commune, contributed 10 trucks of dirt to support rural road construction. Family of Mr. Do Hong Hanh and Mr. Pham Van Chung at Ba Phai Hamlet in Long Nguyen Commune, donated 100 square meter each at the cost of over VND 200 million for road making among other public constructions.
“For years, we have lived on the land, wishing for better traffic roads to facilitate our travelling and trading. Besides, the constructions required unity and efforts of everyone. Thus, I am not regretful of my contributions,” Chung said.
In the time of precious land-use ownership, the donation of land was considered as the hardest calling from local authorities; however, the public robustly responded to the donation to construct better districts and towns.
