In response to the World Environment Day and the Clean Up the World campaign, Bau Bang district’s Farmers Association, on August 28, held a ceremony to launch the “Clean houses, gardens and streets” campaign in Long Nguyen commune with the participation of more than 100 cadres, members together with the local women, Youth Union members and armed forces.
The campaign aims to raise awareness of the local Farmers Association’s cadres and members in the exploration, management and use of natural resources, contributing to protecting and creating a green, clean and beautiful living environment.
After the ceremony, more than 100 local cadres, members, women, Youth Union members…got involved in collecting waste and tiding up two roadsides from the People’s Committee of the commune to the Long Nguyen new rural market with a total length of nearly 1km.
